By now I am sure most of my followers know about my attitude towards Halloween. A commercial holiday imported to us from the United States of America and, from a Swedish point of view, replace the beautiful “Alla Helgons Dag” (All Saints Day).
In Sweden we already have the tradition when parents send their kids on a “beg for candy” tour among their neighbors, but during Easter time. When kids dress as “Påskkärringar” and beg for candy, so Halloween is only for shop owners to earn some money before Christmas.
But, we have Halloween and have to accept it.
Just some points – Björn
