So, to actually start the time in the gym I decided to skip walking today and do at least 30 minutes on a bike in the gym. Less fun than i expcted, it is so much easier to walk (run), cycle in the open air. Inside it only feels like a waste of time. Outside, even if it is just doing laps you go somewhere, you move.
This will be a fight between my mind and what I need to do for sure.
