I think I need to get out of this “nap time” thing and see that I do not need it (even if I do). Each time I wake up again starting over, brain not the best machine when newly waken up.
Or, nap earlier and most of all, get up when the timer say 1 hour of sleep over.. Not stay in bed with the risk of fallen into the arms of Mr Sandman again.
But that’s life, here I am, at least 1 hour too late and the evening kind of spoiled with the curfew in place… Will be better when the curfew is 23h00 or life really back to normal.
