I think I will skip the corona info today, but to be honest nothing to write about… Worked from the office today, walked home and still feel like I gained 2 kgs this week. Don’t know why, I managed to take some time yesterday and power walked double distance, and eat sallad, sallad and more sallad. BUT I also added bread this week, and the last time I had bread on a daily basis I gained weight.
Think bread will give me a red arrow in my weight app tomorrow.
