Still in Paris, but on my way in around 40 minutes to the translation for 2 nights in Brussels, just work no play.
And yes, in line with all expectations I start to panic and all of a sudden don’t even know what I work with… Which is a good idea to know cause that is what I am supposed to talk about.

Why a post on Brussels all of a sudden? Woke up this morning with a feeling it might be time to visit Brussels again, been a while now, before the new Swedish representative in the EU Commission destroy Europe 100% and most likely Brussels 1000% – her (Ylva Johansson) promise to Europe to force the member states to solidarity will for sure be the upcoming 5 years European docu-soap now when Brexit finally getting closer.
And with Ylva as the captain, My God, lucky lucky the U.K.

OK first things first. In one area Brussels beat a lot of other cities and that’s on the party side. You can have a lot of fun in Brussels if you like to go out and have a bear or 25.
But beside this what is Brussels? The have Grand Place and the little boy peeing. Both smaller than you expect them to be but both unique and worth the visit just for doin´it.
But first of all I see Brussels as a city with one kind of weather, RAIN. It rains a lot in Brussels. The city is dirty and right now 2019 also completely under renovation. They kind of build and repair everywhere.
But what strike visitors most at the moment is all the beggars everywhere in the city center and around the railway stations. Its amazing that the city don’t try to do something. And this is in February… What happen in May and summer when people with ease can sleep on the streets.
But again, party in Brussels I a thumbs up

Sunny for once, my view on Brussels is normally rain rain rain, so when sun im locked in underground wt the WCO to talk about Carnets. Yes, here to work.

Tuesday morning, first of all… Why do I always end up doing boring things in the last minute? I mean, I could have packed the suitcase yesterday not 5.30 in the morning…
In any case, 1.5 day in Brussels coming up and the WCO meeting. Not my favorite thing to do but as long as I am alone in my department at work its the option to say no is not an option.
